About Us
Our Vision
Present Help Ministries, INC is a nonprofit organization formed for the sole purpose of
providing an immediate safe, healthy, comfortable home-like atmosphere for battered women
and/or battered women and their children, sexual assault/rape victims, emergency shelter for
persons whose homes have been destroyed by fire, storms, earthquake and/or other natural
disasters, emergency utility assistance and temporary housing for homeless women and/or
homeless women and their children. In time, we will extend our arms to abused/wayward
teenagers and unwed teenage mothers.
Presently, we provide living accommodations, food, clothing, transportation (as needed) for a
maximum of 60 days, educational assistance for the children and parents, medical resources,
crisis counseling, job training and court advocacy. In the future, we will provide transitional
housing for qualified persons.

2. Creighton’s Barrel – Stuffed Animal Ministry
3. HVAC – Helping, Visiting, and Comforting (emergency utility fund)
4. Grace’s House – Homeless residence for women (and children as needed)
5. Pleasant Places – Home for sexually assaulted/rape victims (female only)
6. If You Love Me – Home for unwanted children up to age 2
7. Watchful Eyes – Home for witness protection victims
8. Victory Inn – Transitional Housing
